The AIGS Full Report provides a gemstone’s identity, treatment history and a confirmation of its natural status.

Furthermore, if requested, the tested item’s most likely source locality can also be determined.

The AIGS Diamond Report provides a color and clarity grade for colorless diamonds, as well as evaluating the cutting quality with regards to such factors as the symmetry and polish.

The tested item’s dimensions are displayed via a side-view diagram, while face-up and face-down clarity plotting is also provided.

The Master Gemstone Report - S (MGRS) not only identifies the gemstone but also gives an indication of the quality. Our quality assessment consists of a simple Star Rating for client's easy understanding. The Star Rating is derived from the quality of cut, clarity of the gem, symmetry of the gemstone and sometimes the rarity of the gemstone in the world gemstone market.

The all-new AIGS Master Jade Report (MJR) has been developed with a view to not only identifying jadeite and the presence, or a lack thereof, of impregnation-based (B-jade) and/or dye-based (C-jade) enhancements, but also to judge a piece’s quality by way of the material’s primary visual grading factors of body color, translucency, texture and fashioning. This information is then converted to an AIGS Star Rating for our client’s ease of understanding.

Furthermore, an AIGS Rarity Rating is also provided in instances where an item is deemed to be sufficiently uncommon.
